Position – Technical Engineering Manager

Salary – Up to £58,000 per annum + car allowance & package.

Hours – Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

Location – London & Southeast. (Hybrid)

Reporting Into – Director

Tecrec are currently recruiting for a Technical Engineering Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London & Southeast. My client provides and manages numerous engineering services across the commercial sector in London, the business has grown organically year on year with their network of existing and new clients ever expanding.

You will be responsible for manging a team of mobile engineers across London and Southeast, this is a hybrid role so you will have the option to work for home 2/3 days per week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Reviewing engineer job sheets ensuring quality of detail
• Ensuring best practice and SFG 20 is adhered to
• Reviewing follow on works and engaging contractors to quote
• Ensuring quotes are best value and challenge where necessary
• Working with Account Manager to ensure compliance is up to date
• Working closely with PPM co-ordinator and reactive co-ordinator to ensure jobs are prioritised in line with contract SLA’s and KPI percentages are kept high
• Completion team meetings with engineers
