Installation & Service Coordinator

£23,000 - £27,000/annum

Engineer connect are recruiting for a Installation & Service coordinator for our client in the security alarms sector in Leicester

Due to continued growth You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing operations for our clients

Key Responsibilities:

o Pre-book preventative maintenance appointments with customers.

o Organise S&M engineers’ diaries to perform 9 domestic or domestic-equivalent preventative maintenance visits per day for each engineer.

o Speak with S&M engineers regularly to track progress.

o Enforce checklist discipline.

o All telephone calls from customers should be answered promptly

o Schedule fault calls (corrective maintenance) promptly.

o Ask engineers to gather data on panel age or prompt them to sell panel upgrade on aging panels.

· Revenue Generation:

o Pass on engineer reports from visits that require Extra Works to Head of Service & Maintenance for pricing and quotation.

o Ensure the monthly Extra Works revenue targets are met.

· Administration Duties:

o Take card payments from customers when Accounts is not available.

o Administer customer satisfaction survey monthly.

o Process daily ARC reports.

Additional responsibilities as Senior administrator

· Provide training and mentoring to new Administrators/Coordinators.

· Assist Head of Service & Maintenance as/when required.

· Answer the office telephone and direct the call where needed.

· Be able to take card payments from customers.
