Associate Projects Director – London

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading FM and building services provider to make the key appointment of Associate Projects Director.

Based in central London, with a salary: £80k + £6k car allowance + discretionary bonus.

Reporting to the Projects Director, the Associate Projects Director will play a vital part in managing a key government portfolio where you will lead activities across PFI contracts.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Project Director:

MEP, Architecture & Restoration work.
Manage the successful completion of projects in line with agreed quality and commercial timescales and cost constraints.
Participate within bid activity, in conjunction with the Business Development team.
Provide the appropriate Health and Safety leadership across all projects.
Provide input in the preparation of the business plans and budgets based on the initial contract parameters and objectives.
Maintaining positive relationships with the project stakeholder groups, through efficient delivery of projects and robust project governance.

Essential experience the Associate Projects Director would need:

Experience of delivering inception to completion projects.
SC clearance would be desirable. 
PFI knowledge.
Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
Cost control experience. 
Excellent Leadership skills.
Results oriented with excellent financial control skills.
Keen attention to Health and Safety matters.
