I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a small group of homes managing a small Nursing Home for the Elderly in Bolton.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position. We will reward you with £300 if you recommend a new candidate to us who is not already registered.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
- Managing budgets.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- Gaining ‘GOOD’ CQC.
- Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors.
- Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
- Registered with CQC.
- 1+ Years’ experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.
- NMC Pin
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management.
- Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
- Managing budgets.
- Clinical skills.
- Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

- Salary paying up to £50,000
