The role would be perfect for any competent property litigation lawyer happy to manage their own caseload of landlord and tenant matters (Landlord clients) but also keen to play a significant role in the team's development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of defended Landlord & Tenant matters
- Provide mentorship and training to team members
- Supervise others' work and assist in delivering service packages to clients
- Keep up to date with market developments and legal changes
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent service
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Repossession knowledge is a bonus but not essential - training provided
