Key Responsibilities
- Supervisory / team leader experience.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, with strict adherence to manufacturing instructions.Plan and prioritise workloads to align with business needs, adjusting resources as necessary to meet demand.
