Coalville
Long term temporary contract
Days £15.00 ph and Nights £17.00ph
(12 hour shifts )
Reliable and Flexible Class 1 Drivers needed within the Coalville area.
Working week is between Monday and Friday, experience with flatbed and curtain sider, General Haulage .
General responsibilities:
- Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.
- Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.
- Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations).
- Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience. Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before moving on to your next drop/ depot.
To be considered you must have:
- Class 1 licence, Current DQC card and Digital Taco card.
- At least 12 months experience on UK roads.
- No more than 6 points (no IN DR or DD codes)
- Physically fit
- Great customer service
This role offers you:
- Between £15-£17 ph
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
