Position: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Liverpool (Covering Commercial Buildings)
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40-hour week (Monday – Friday)

About the Role:
I am seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team, servicing a portfolio of commercial buildings across Liverpool. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine electrical maintenance, including PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in commercial systems and installations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Perform electrical inspections, testing, and certification.
• Liaise with clients and site managers to provide timely updates on maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency call-outs as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial properties.
• Full UK driving license (essential for the mobile aspect of the role).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
