Your Role as an RMN:

• Provide top-notch care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
• Adhere to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation.
• Contribute to patient assessments and care plans.
• Lead shifts and mentor team members at a senior level.
