SENIOR QUALITY COORDINATOR
BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND
Day shift: Monday to Friday (7.30am - 3.30am Approx.)
Basic Salary: £30-35K + Company pension, Free parking, Health & wellbeing program
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor ongoing product quality throughout the production process by conducting random quality checks.
- Act independently from production for the final release of pharmaceutical and other products as determined by the Quality Manager.
- Inspect incoming products from suppliers.
- Operate the EyeC Proofiler system as needed.
- Conduct internal audits on process, housekeeping, and glass/brittle plastic areas.
- Maintain the quality system as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Perform customer-specific approvals and testing as required.
- Participate in quality improvement projects as needed.
- Engage in Health, Safety & Environment programs and adhere to HSE practices.
- Coordinate the processing of customer returns and quarantined products.
Person Specification:
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Practical knowledge of health and safety.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Qualification in Quality and/or Engineering.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Highly analytical, results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
