Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kingswinford
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours: 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
 
Calling all experienced Maintenance Technicians!
 
Pertemps Dudley are seeking a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client based in Kingswinford. Our client is a highly regarded market leading manufacturer and due to a sustained period of growth, they are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that holds a solid understanding of electrical, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a range of equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

 
Requirements:

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and other maintenance systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
