CNC Tooling Assembler / Quality Technician

An established manufacturing company based in Birmingham requires a CNC tooling assembler / quality technician.
Duties:
- Managing building, pre-setting, assembly and disassembly of CNC spindle, fixed and driven tool assemblies.
- Storage, booking in and out, and documentation of CNC spindle tool holders and cutter tooling to facilitate an efficient inventory control system.
- Requisition of replacement ad-hoc special cutter tooling.
- Organisation of internal and external calibration of equipment to industry standards, including recording, documentation and certification.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of CNC tooling assembly, quality and management.
- Good IT skills.
Hours:
- 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 1,30pm Friday.
This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
