Job Overview: 

The Senior Site Manager will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that modular construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, extensive construction knowledge, and the ability to manage a diverse team of subcontractors and tradespeople. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • As a Senior Site Manager at Reds10 you will manage all on-site activities, including planning, scheduling, and supervising construction works. 

  • You will lead site teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance. 

  • One of your jobs will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 

  • You will also be conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 

  • You will identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions, as necessary. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation. 

  • Another role you will have is to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site. 

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and cooperation. 

  • Lastly, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior site staff, promoting their professional development. 

Qualifications: 

  • CSCS card  

  • SMSTS qualification
