A globally renowned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a career-focused Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for managing a wide range of prestigious and high-profile projects, across both private and public sectors.

As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will support the team in providing professional services such as party wall advice, dilapidations, surveys and contract administration, working on schemes from feasibility through to design and handover.

The Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from exposure to globally recognised clients, with the opportunity to become an integral part of a successful team that pride themselves on influencing the built environment.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a focused individual, keen to make an impact.

  • MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Both project and professional experience
  • Able to manage projects independently
