Your day to day

We’re looking for individuals to join our Shearers team where you will:

• Support the chef to achieve appealing plate presentation with accurate portion sizes, following specification sheets for consistency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on all tasks, including preparation work, dishwashing, labelling and kitchen closing procedures.
• Maintain kitchen compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
