The Role

Reporting to the UK Sales and Marketing Director, capitalising on all the strengths of well-respected international brands, own label capability, significant investment in NPD and a purpose built, state of the art UK manufacturing facility, in order to create a best-in-class online shopping offering and strong commercial relationships with major online retailers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • E-Commerce channel strategy development and implementation
  • Platform and On-Line Retailer Management
  • Sales and Revenue Management
  • Partnership and Vendor Management
  • Digital Marketing
  • Customer Experience
  • Latterly, recruiting and leading a high calibre e-commerce and digital marketing team
  • Promoting a high-performance culture, putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do

The Person

  • Hands on, high calibre, Sales Professional with strong FMCG sales experience into online retailers
  • Both brand and own label experience, advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrable success at developing relationships with key online retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships that drive sales and profitability
  • An excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Personal credibility, vision and drive
