Façade Site Manager

Location: Swindon

Rate: £260 - £270 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Façade Site Manager to oversee a commercial project in Swindon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing façade and rendering works and will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors, with a focus on rendering and façade works.
• Ensure health & safety regulations are met and enforced on site.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and quality control processes.
• Report progress and issues to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on façade and rendering projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
