Due to increase in capacity, we are excited to be recruiting for a Early Years Teacher to join our team.

About the Early Years Teacher role:

Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday, variable hours between 7:15am-6:00pm

Salary £24,000 - £27,000 pa

We require you to have;
● Experience of working within EYFS
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong organisational and time-management skills
● The ability to understand and adhere to policies and practices of the business
● If you should hold a relevant and approved QTS for working with Early Years or EYPS/EYTS

Responsibilities for the Early Years Teacher:
● Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
● Observe, support and extend children’s learning through planning appropriately for children using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance
● Maintain accurate and effective children’s records, both managing own key group and overseeing general learning.
● Support the team to ensure high quality of teaching and learning is consistent.
● Ensure all rooms within the nursery offer high quality continously provision.
● Work with the head of nursery and the management team to enable a sustainable progress plan.
● Work with the team to reflect on practice and develop knowledge and understanding.
