Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum + a bonus of up to 30%, a company share scheme, and core benefits.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil enginnering, oil and gas or renewable energy sectors. This position involves hybrid working from home and also travelling into their offices in central London.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be looking to maximise gross margin through the placement and control of contracts/subcontracts and the management of the contracting supply chain. Furthermore, you will be assessing and reviewing commercial and contractual risks, authorising, and submitting project variations, issuing certification, applications for payment, and managing change under the NEC4 contract.

Role Requirements:

• Degree level qualification, ideally within a construction-related discipline.
• Experience in design and delivery phases on major UK projects.
• Demonstrable NEC3/4 knowledge.
• Proven quantity surveying expertise covering change, variations, applications for payment, certifications, reconciliation, and re-baselining.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sector expertise from oil & gas, renewable energy, heavy engineering, electrical mechanical or infrastructure required
