Assistant Building Surveyor - An SME architectural and building practice, with a diverse client base!

An SME, architectural and building consultancy practice, who are based in East London, are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor, to join their close-knit team.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated Assistant Building Surveyor, who is keen to progress their APC in a personable environment.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work with a range of clients in the public and private sectors, with local authorities, housing associates, national and local developers and private individuals.

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll be given full support with your APC progression, with 1:1 learning and the correct project exposure.

Person specification

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused and has good communicative skills.

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Have started your APC diary ideally but not essential
  • Any consultancy background or experience would be beneficial
  • A full UK driving licence
