Senior Product Manager – Remote (UK-based)
£50,000 - £60,000 + bonuses, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and well-established organisation require an adept Product Manager to come in and oversee overall product development from conception to launch. This role will involve strategy planning as well as leading a team, whilst collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the successful delivery and commercial success of the product suite.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring products are built and developed to meet the customer’s and market needs with feedback and R&D critical to the team. For this role, you will have a background in scholarly publishing and have worked directly in research journal publishing and commissioning.
The role will be primarily remote, with the expectation of travel to their head office in Leeds once a month maximum. They also get together for quarterly company days and travel can be expensed.

Package:
- 35-hour work week
- Up to 20% bonus
- 30 days holidays + bank holidays (plus buy and sell 5 more days)

Experience:
- Experience in journals commissioning
- Team leadership experience would be desirable
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Knowledge of the scholarly publishing and Journals industry
- Product development experience
- End-to-end operations knowledge
- Experience of sales cycles, processes and customers.
- Expertise of full project life cycle, management and structured development processes
