Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are partnering confidentially with a leading player in the timber manufacturing industry to recruit a Shift Supervisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that is part of a larger industry leader in timber processing across the UK & Ireland.

• Oversee production operations in the manufacturing of timber frame kits.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control systems and standards.
• Manage and lead a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Promote and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of personnel at all times.
• Monitor and maintain accurate production and loading documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
• Manage team attendance, timekeeping, and overtime.

• Experience as a Senior Production Technician/Team Leader/Supervisor within a Production/Manufacturing environment 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
