Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary: £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 DOE + Profit Share
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Senior Systems Engineer (Servers & Storage) - The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a keen interest in building technical solutions to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will consult directly with internal and external stakeholders to scope technical solutions, design, plan and document technical solutions, plan and document technical work packages, implement technical solutions, assist in the transitions of solutions into live service, among other responsibilities.  

Senior Systems Engineer (Servers & Storage) - Skills & Experience

• Work to deadlines
• At least 5 years experience in a technical role
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Takes ownership and responsibility
• Excellent knowledge with demonstratable experience of supporting and implementing Microsoft Technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft System Center products (including MECM), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/Office365 and InTune.
• Experience working with networking technologies is desirable but not essential.
• Recognised current Microsoft qualification/exam pass combined with evidence of continued professional development.
• Experience working within a busy office environment
• A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
• Close focus on attention to detail
• Able to work accurately following a procedure
