The role reports into the HR Director and sits within the HR function, and whilst providing key data and analysis in a multitude of areas, you will ensure employee packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, competitive, equitable and reflect the relevant market conditions.


Key responsibilities will be to analyse, review and recommend changes to the compensation and benefits which will include leading the benchmarking, research and analysis of such benefits, identifying trends and emerging legislation (such as gender equality) and preparing business cases and cost projections to support any recommendations.


The role would suit an individual who is familiar with a variety of reward concepts, practises, and procedures and who has experience of working with IT and data management, can work under pressure to tight deadlines and can prioritise accordingly. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with an approachable style to communicate across all levels of the business and of course excellent presentation skills.

It would be an advantage if you have experience with PowerBI.


Ideally you will be degree educated, with at least 2 years commercial experience in a Reward / Compensation and Benefits role. A high degree of professionalism (and sense of humour) will be essential.
