Fabulous Slough Trading Estate company are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through leadership, process improvement, and exceptional customer service. (office-based position 9-5.30)

This Sales Team Leader role offers a great opportunity to develop leadership and professional skills, whilst making tangible improvements to the business

Main responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader role

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of internal sales representatives
  • Support execution of key business improvement initiatives
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide training, development, and support to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries or issues that require advanced problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the customer service department.
  • Act as customer service representative for key accounts, managing quotes, orders, shipments, and other customer requirements.
  • Creating analytical reports to review sales performance by individuals, regions and by products. Acting upon the results of these reports to improve business performance.
  • Working with graphic designer and management team in producing marketing material including product portfolio, marketing campaigns.

 

Skills required for the Sales Team Leader role:

  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving goals.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • A positive individual, focused on improving processes and developing communication channels around the business
