Retrofit Operations Manager

Applicants based around Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough or Northampton.

£40,000 - £50,000 + vehicle & fuel card + discretionary bonus + pension + holidays

Are you from a retrofit or construction background, either in an operations role or looking to take the next step in your career?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a retrofit or construction background to join an established and expanding retrofit company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the retrofit operations and have the opportunity to progress your career as the company develops.

This company specialises in providing retrofit solutions to domestic properties to reduce carbon footprints and enhance overall energy performance. They are well-established and value a quality approach, as a result hold a strong position in the market.

In this role, you will oversee the retrofit operations from cradle to grave, manage supervisors and sub-contractors and liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be from either a retrofit or construction background and be either in an operations role already or looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:
*Oversee and coordinate retrofit projects from start to finish.
*Manage supervisors and sub-contractors.
*Ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
*Liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The Person:
*Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination
*Retrofit or construction background.
*Travel and stays away.
*UK Driving License
