Hyde is looking to recruit a Roofer.

As a Roofer at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Services Team to provide maintenance and repair services, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out roof repairs and maintenance across a variety of roof types.
• Perform first-time fixes to complete tasks efficiently during the first visit.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, especially when working at heights.
• Conduct lead work, fascia/soffit repair or replacement, and gutter clearance or repair.
• Work independently while demonstrating effective decision-making and time management.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrable competence in roofing, including slate or concrete tile repair, ridge/verge repair, lead work, gutter work, and flat roof repairs or replacement.
• Ability to lift weights and carry out physical tasks in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Experience in customer-focused environments, meeting performance targets.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
