**About the Project:**
We are in the process of migrating and transforming our existing ETMP application (SAP TRM & PSCD running on ECC6.0 in Azure as IaaS) to S/4HANA running in an SAP PCE environment in AWS (Sovereign Cloud). We are also looking to adopt and utilise the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
 
**Role Overview:**
To support this procurement, we need to pull together level 3-4 requirements across 95 level 3 processes with a minimum of 1 session for each requirement category, with further sessions to validate and go through newly created and existing process maps. The Business Analyst is expected to lead a small team of BAs in the creation of the above requirements.
 
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the requirements gathering process for the SI procurement, including planning and organising the work, engaging with clients and users, analysing and documenting the requirements, and presenting findings to stakeholders, governance forums, and project boards.
- Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of the L3 and L4 requirements using a requirement traceability matrix for forward and backward traceability.
- Elicit requirements for custom development and enhancements using a variety of techniques including interviews, workshops, review and analysis of documentation and process descriptions, use cases, etc.
- Document requirements and functional specifications with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring end-to-end integrity and coherence of the deliverables.
- Produce Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, Technical Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Screen Designs, and other artefacts as required.
- Play a key role in feasibility studies including documentation and critical analysis of options from business, technical, and commercial perspectives.
- Communicate information at the right level to drive decisions and actions, including abstracting low-level detail and/or drilling into detail as appropriate.
- Perform gap analysis, business process mapping, and provide subject matter expertise.
- Document business objectives, system requirements, and logical design.
- Liaise between business groups, project teams, and support teams.
 
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
- Experience of working within major government transformation programmes implementing large ERP systems.
- Experience and knowledge of pulling together level 1, 2, 3, and 4 requirements for ERP implementation or cloud migration programmes.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of a variety of analysis techniques.
- Strong self-sufficiency and initiative working on ERP projects with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and in line with operating standards such as those associated with configuration management.
- Ability to create and maintain fluent and accurate documentation to be interpreted cohesively by the relevant audience.
- Ability to develop new skills quickly.
- Pro-active and able to work without detailed supervision.
- Strong analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and in-depth knowledge of subject matter to be able to credibly influence stakeholders.
- Experience in Business Analysis and providing business, technical, and commercial analysis for large scale ERP systems.
- Excellent knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools, experience of working within SAP S4 HANA Deployment.
- Experience of working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Formal Business Analysis Qualification.
