The Job...
As a Catering Assistant, you will be required to join the team and assist in the daily operations of delivering high quality nutritious meals to regular clientèle. 
•    Hours are Monday to Friday – 7am – 3pm

The Person... 
•    As a Catering Assistant / Kitchen assistant have worked in a fresh produce organization previously for a min of 1yrs - either Restaurant, Hotel or contract catering
•    Ability to work in a team, and follow a tight spec menu
•    Be passionate about healthy food.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following qualities and skills, although the willingness to acquire the skills listed will be taken into account in the selection process.
•    Have experience of working in a commercial kitchen including the preparation, and serving of meals
•    Have experience in cash handling, stock rotation and kitchen cleaning.
•    To be qualified, or have proven training to a minimum of Level 2 in Food Preparation / Service and similarly in Food Safety.
•    Be entirely dependable and punctual, enabling the management/Catering Manager to be assured that the premises are kept up to a high standard of cleanliness.
