Warehouse Operative/Pickers and Packers

We are currently looking to recruit packers to work for our well established client in the local area.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for packing goods efficiently and accurately in a warehouse setting and will involve standing for long periods of time.
Duties:
- Pack items following a specific set of instructions
- Inspect and ensure the quality of products before packing
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders
- Perform some manual handling tasks when required
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage
Skills:
- Proficient in quality control procedures to maintain product standards
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift objects safely
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for order processing
- Competent in picking and packing procedures
- Ability to work standing for long periods of time
The hours of work will be 7.15am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
