Position: Production Operative - Immediate Start Available

Salary: £12.00ph - £14.25ph Depending on shift

Location: Letchworth

Shifts: Choice of shifts between rotational shift and night shift

Hours: Rotation 06:00am - 14:00pm & 14:00pm - 22:00pm / Nights 22:00pm - 06:00am

Proactive are currently searching for an experienced Production Operatives to start work immediately in Letchworth. This is an exciting opportunity to join this Hertfordshire based business as it is launching new products, expanding its capacity, and offers ample opportunity for progression and growth.

Your daily duties will include:

• Operating of workshop machinery & equipment.
• Assembling parts using smooth hand tools.
• Ensuring production areas are clean and free from obstacles.
• Quality control.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience:

• Full training given - no experience required.
• Good working within a team and on your own initiative.
• Good attention to detail in order to understand and correctly follow processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Have good time keeping skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Be professional and approachable

More about the role:

• Various Shifts Available - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
• Start date: ASAP following interview process.
• Duration: Full-Time ongoing assignment with view to permanent contract.
