The Role of a German Teacher:
- Teach German across KS3 and KS4
- Starting January 2025, full time, until the end of term 6
- Plan outstanding lessons that meet the needs of students of all abilities, supported by the current teacher
- Monitor and access student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Ensure positivity is at the heart of all interactions, promoting enriching learning environments
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to contribute to the school community
The Ideal German Teacher will:
- Be confident teaching German to KS3 & KS4 Level, potentially KS5
- Hold a Teaching qualification (with QTS) or equivalent
- Meet the learning needs of key identified groups, including HPAs or students with SEND
- Be approachable, engaging and nurturing
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply

- Strong understanding of the UK education system and the German curriculum
