Are you looking to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Hard Services Manager to join their growing team in London where you will be heading up a brand new staet of the art  office block.

The Role
As the Hard Services Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Maintain an operational focus on: customer relationships, contract retention, service delivery, commercial performance and processes management.
• Maintain regular contact with the client and all other stakeholders and deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, deputising for the Contracts Director where required.
• Implement and manage Service Improvement initiatives in the following areas; Hard Services Management, Cultural Change, Management Competencies, Planning and reporting.

You
To be successful in the role of Operations Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and
experience to the role:

• Thorough understanding of FM Services facilities management methods, systems and safety requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of PFI contracts and performance risk management.
• Effective financial management skills.
