TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Peterborough and surrounding areas. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract. - Responsive maintenance contract.
MAIN DUTIES
- Using a handheld devise, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- Various domestic maintenance tasks. - General property maintenance.
- Mould washes
- Stain blocking / mould resistant paint to affected areas.
- Removal of loft insulation and laying new / relaying existing correctly.
- Cleaning gutters, so ladders needed ideally.
- New silicone in bathroom and kitchens etc
- Replacing kitchen units and doors.
- Tiling
- Installing panel boards to bathroom – very popular right now.
- Vinyl flooring lay flat if they can do wet room flooring capncove ( even better )
- Skirting boards
- Decorating
- Plastering – skimming walls and ceilings
- Removing ceilings, installing new plasterboard, and skimming etc
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay: £180 Per day (CIS). Van and tools required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- NVQ trade qualification(s)
- Multi trade experience
- Full current driving licence.
- A DBS check is required before commencement of role
