As they continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Machine Operative to ensure smooth production processes within our manufacturing facility. If you're hands-on, reliable, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery used in the production
- Dealing with any blockages in the machine.
- Conduct quality checks on the product to ensure it meets high standards.
- Keep the production area clean, organised, and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflows and minimal waste.
Requirements
- Previous experience working on a machine or similar role.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
