About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established facilities management company, covering Exeter and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems across a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance and high standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas boilers, heating systems, and appliances.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on gas systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Carry out gas safety inspections, tests, and certifications in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Provide excellent service and support to clients across a range of commercial sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail environments.
  • Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards and gas compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
  • Previous experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector.
  • Strong understanding of gas safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
  • Full UK driving licence.
