I am currently looking for an accomplished QA Inspector to monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products and relevant inputs throughout the product life cycle.

You will conduct inspections, analyse results and report on issues of non-conformance, whilst overseeing supplier deliveries upon receipt and ensure goods received are fit for purpose as ordered

Your key responsibilities will include and involve you to: -

• Co-ordinate equipment within hours, ensuring the correct material, sampling & testing takes place, completing inspections and ensure DSR’s are complete for permit requirements
• Notify issues detected with the relevant departments, maintain relevant training materials and records
• Receive, book in, and inspect all palletised materials delivered, verifying the quality and specification of supplied goods – informing relevant departments of any discrepancies
• Complete and update the booking in system upon receipt of deliveries, checking delivery notes match orders placed & tracking down missing documentation
• Liaise with production and stock control with regards to deliveries or issues which may impact the order planning schedule
• Identify and raise non-conformities where product, quantity, specification, delivery or site rule failures are found & ensure all information required is included

Degree qualified or equivalent in Quality / H&S, you will ideally have experience in a

similar role within a manufacturing environment, working in an environment which conforms to management standards, such as ISO9001 / ISO14001

Ideally, you will have proven working knowledge of the 7 principles of Quality Management
