Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
- Collaborate with finance, facilities management, and specialist teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard, remain competitive, and meet sustainability targets.
- Monitor and optimise service charges, ensuring value for money for tenants and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
Key Clients Include:
- Institutional investors
- Pension funds
- Private individuals
- Public sector organisations
- MRICS qualified with significant experience in managing commercial properties.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-let assets and lead teams effectively.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a focus on delivering results.
- Willingness to work from the Manchester office 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote working.
- £60,000 - £65,000 Depending on experience
- Annual bonus of up to 20% (discretionary of course)
