Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our School in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual to inspire students and help them grow their love for drama and the performing arts. The role offers flexibility, with 3 to 5 days of work per week, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to a range of age groups.
• Encourage students to develop confidence and creativity through drama activities.
• Prepare students for performances, productions, and assessments.
• Collaborate with other staff to support the development of the drama curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching drama in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about drama and performing arts.
