Office Administrator – Night Shift
We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to work with a leading facilities organisation. The ideal candidate possess strong organisational skills as the role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, clerical duties, and managing communications.
- This is a Night Shift position.
- Open to Hybrid working.
Diuties
- Assisting our Desktop Manager in issuing works to engineer’s PDAs, monitoring works issued out and resolving issues of a nighttime.
- Inputting engineers’ hours live as our ops sign on and off jobs.
- General ad hoc tasks where the DMT requires assistance.
- Using client systems to update job progress and understanding the job journey process to reduce work for the day admin team.
Skills & Experience.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc..
- Excellent Communication skills.
