Cosmetics Account Manager - Loughborough - £30k - £35k + benefits

Our is a well-established organisation based in Loughborough, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Cosmetics Account Manager.

As a Cosmetics Account Manager, your role will be to secure business, maintain good client relationships and to maximise revenues and profitability within customer accounts for which you are responsible.

Key Responsibilities

•             To manage customer accounts for which you are responsible. To set and implement policy within these accounts to maximise revenue and profitability on an international basis.

•             Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

•             Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

•             To create contact reports and quotations, ensure that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner.  Maintain accurate client records

•             To follow Company policies and procedures.

•             To ensure any quotation issued is within the Company’s approval procedure and margin policies.

•             Ensure client approval meetings are properly prepared and executed.

•             To ensure that sales administration and record keeping is performed for the accounts for which you are responsible.

Essential Skills

•             To manage your own time and to occasionally work some necessary additional hours to complete your function as a Cosmetics Sales Manager.

•             To ensure project profitability in conjunction with the project manager and the Key Account Manager. Commercial responsibility is assumed from a price perspective in line with the commercial policy of the company.

•             Foreign travel will be required as will overnight and possible weekend stays (where necessary).

•             Full after sales responsibilities are required through the projects’ lifespan in conjunction with the aftersales personnel managing spares / updates.

•             Sales forecasting and project updates on a monthly basis.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
