Are you an experienced Senior Design/ Technical Manager looking to make a step up. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional Tier 1 main contractor who deliver major residential /commercial and education regeneration schemes.
About the role of Design Manger
This role will be site-based Yorkshire and North Midlands working on the delivery of a multi phased residential scheme,
Requirements for the Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Design/ Technical Manager role with a developer or main contractor
- Experience working on residential projects
- Experience on RC frame projects
- DfE Framework experience will be beneficial but not essential
