Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £220 per day (paid via CIS)

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting electrical systems across high-end residential properties. Your role will involve planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive tasks to ensure that all systems remain functional, safe, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems within high-end residential buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Complete periodic inspections and testing of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure timely and effective resolution of electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
• Own tools required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work independently and handle reactive and planned tasks.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
