Role: Sales Manager

Location: Kettering

Salary: Up to £50,000.

Our client who has built a reputation manufacturing and testing market leading products is seeking a Sales Manager to join their commercial sales department.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring the sales team.
• Delivering of targets (Annual sales, members including new members).
• Increasing the sales of the company's products, training and other services.
• Working closely with key customers to develop contact plans.
• Organising events targeted at existing and potential customers.
• Planning and organisation of exhibits.

It is essential that you have:

• Experience of leading and inspiring a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A strong result driven background.
• Ability to support the Sales and Marketing team.
• Comfortable with international and domestic travel.
• Hold a full UK Driving licence
