Our client are a leading construction and property developer operating throughout the UK. Projects include commercial and residential developments. They provide state-of-the-art expertise and hands-on experience, ensuring outstanding results.

They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on residential projects across the North West. Projects will be valued at up to £30m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Cost control and value management strategies.
  • Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues.
  • Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
