Due to a steady increase in work, a pressing need has emerged to secure the services of an adept Architectural Technologist to become an important part of the firm's future working upon projects within a range of sectors. Their workload is varied, with the majority falling within residential, alterations and conversions of modern and historic buildings, change of use and new build projects.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will need to be confident operating within a client-facing capacity, providing expertise and advice to ultimately win new work for the business.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or relevant discipline
• Demonstrable experience within UK Architecture industry
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Understanding of UK planning system and ability to produce drawings to planning application and building regulation standard

The successful Architectural Technologist will receive a highly competitive salary, up to £45k dependent on experience, plus flexible working, 6% pension contributions & on-site parking.

The hiring firm will always encourage staff development and training to benefit the individual, their clients and the business.

You will need a reliable car and full driving licence for travel to and from sites and meetings, for which you would be reimbursed.
