Job Summary:
  
 Supports operations by supervising staff, planning, organising and implementing administrative systems to ensure compliance within the company to all certification bodies, standards, and all   H&S matters. This role is based in Teesside.  This role requires an extremely organised, diligent administrator who possesses excellent attention to detail.

THE BUSINESS
Our client is a leading provider of renewable energy technologies to UK homes and businesses. Our client’s services also include IT infrastructure, consultancy, multi user TV systems, audio visual solutions, IP technology.
  
THE ROLE
  • General office duties
  • Maintenance and control of the competency and training database
  • H&S administration duties
  • Maintaining the ISO Quality Management System including:
    • o Control of documented information and Quality and Environmental awareness
    • o Control of ISMS policies and procedures including legal compliance and distribution to UCS employees
    • o Internal reviews as per the ISO manuals
    • o Manage the company’s annual compliance audits with all ISO standard we are currently accredited to, including
  • ISO 9001:2015
  • ISO 14001:2015
  • ISO 27001:2013
  
Project Support Element
  • Collate & maintain Project Task Information Delivery Plans
  • Manage Peer Review process
  • QA Check project design documents
  • Experience with A-Site (Good but not essential)
  • Experience with Viewpoint (Good but not essential)
  • Any other tasks as delegated by a Director
  
  
THE PERSON
  • Good working knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
  • 5+ years administrative experience
  • Can commute to Middlesbrough
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages
