We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring technology solutions align with strategic goals. You will analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse current business processes to propose improvements.
• Design IT solutions that align with business needs.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
• Coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users for new systems and processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and database management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management Systems such as Cargowise One, Oracle SCM, Magaya Supply Chain (desirable).
• Experience with middleware technologies such as Lobster, Boomi, Oracle Fusion Middleware (desirable).
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
