Recruitment Education are currently recruiting for an English teacher for a position starting in October 2024 on a long-term contract with the option of progressing to a permanent contract. The role is a full-time position working within a secondary school located in Northampton.

We are seeking outstanding qualified English Teachers to work on a full-time contract who has experience teaching KS3/KS4 English up to GCSE. The English teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering the highest-quality lessons and achieving excellent results for their higher-level ability students whilst also motivating students currently under achieving at lower levels.

As a qualified English teacher you will be expected to make lessons challenging and engaging for all pupils. In this role you will be teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 students GCSE English.

The schools are looking for a well-rounded English Teacher who can be adaptable and ensure the whole classroom is engaged in lessons, so you will be expected to display excellent classroom management skills and be confident managing challenging behaviour.
