Think Office Recruitment is currently working in partnership with an established and successful client based in Hockley who are seeking a CIMA/ACCA qualified Financial Controller/Management Accountant. 

The role will be working alongside the Finance Director and Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the finance function and overseeing all day-day finance operations
• Manage the maintenance of the financial accounting system and processes.
• Completion of monthly management reports
• Review management accounts and balance sheets and investigate variances.
• Manage the entire year end process and take responsibility for balance sheet and reconciliations.
• Monitor financial transactions,internal controls and cash flow forecasting.

The ideal candidate

Educated to degree level, with an accounting qualification ( CIMA / ACCA )

A strong focus and background in finance and a good understanding of technical accounting

Ability to think strategically.

Proactive with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
